sorry, I don't have offline install, so can't tell you where to install correctly

You'll just have to insert the GTR evolution DVD into your PC and re-install it, making sure to select the 'online install' option. Don't worry though, you'll still be able to play the game while offline!

It doesn't look like it's possible to use the Mod with an offline installation unfortunately. The easiest (and safest) way to use it is to do an online installation i'm afraid!

There should be no reason why it won't work in an offline version as that was how it was created. Extract the files to your Simbin\GTR Evolution folder and it should work.
