Fuel limits in GT Pro cars

I've recently fallen in love with the GT Pro cars and their handling traits and was wondering if anyone knew any way of limiting the maximum fuel on each car down from 160 litres to, say, 100 (like in GTR2 and roughly what the fuel limits in GT1 are). I've started to get interested in this idea after realising that in the present configuration it would have to be a very long race before pitstops became an issue (unless i start dabbling with X2 or X3 fuel consumption which I am not inclined to do).

Any ideas?

Or you could get the STCC addon and then you would have "forced pit stops" as an option in the race\championship setup screens.

(You do not need to race only with the STCC cars to get that option. You can have forced pits with any class of cars)

I never race the AI without forced pits. Makes for much better races.

Surely there must be some way of modding the cars themselves to hold less fuel, rather than having to go out and get yet another Race 07 expansion pack.
