The attached zip has 4 dlls:

1) The one in the "VB Only" folder is basically the same as what I already posted. This moves the vertex buffers into local memory.

2) "VB + IB" moves both the vertex and index buffers into local memory. I actually get a few less FPS with this version.

3) "VB + Tex" moves the vertex buffers into local memory and disables dynamic textures. I get about the same FPS with this as "VB Only"

4) "VB + IB + Tex" moves the vertex and index buffers into local memory and disables dynamic textures. I get the same FPS with this and "VB + IB".

No, there are 4 folders, you choose one of the .dll's out of the folders and then use that to see if it makes a difference.

Best one to use is the VB Only

Could not say it better myself, thanks for jumping in

VB Only works fine indeed, VB + TEX also for me.

Some have a big FPS jump, others not..always worth a try :wink:

I downloaded and tried all version, the best result what i got from them is having my fps on 60% level compared to original stage, so it is basically halfing my frame rates. I guess i will not use them.

Some are lucky...some not, I think it depends which videocard you have..or maybe a part of your system, not sure.

I got a boost of 15-20 FPS in Race07, same with GTR2.
Biggest boost came with rFactor

Its always worth a try, maybe buy a 260GTX like me

You don't need that extra FPS..thats why it don't work ound:

well, in cockpit view full details on 3840*1024 i could use some more, average around 60-70, sometimes only 45.

yes get boost without paying is good.

Problems, try that VB ONLY DLL !!!

Try different DLL's..normally you can't loose FPS in rFactor.
For me the VB+TEX and the VB ONLY are the best.
