FWIW I got crunched in P6 R2 L1 T2 and no courtesy afterwards. YOu rnot alone at least............:curl-lip:

Yep, I was just at the wrong place at the very wrongest of times. It was just an incident of too many folks in the first turn on lap 1. No one really was too far out on the edge. But on the first lap, first turn, folks are so jammed up, when hell breaks, it really breaks! Tried to slow (but so much as to get rear-ended) and drive around the mess, unfortunately got clipped, ran out of room and into the wall.

Left front puncture, ripped off nose, limped back to the pits for repairs. With the flat tire, I slightly overshot my pit box and then I couldn't find reverse. However, the team was excellent and got me out faster than I expected. Luckily there was no suspension damage (it seems the Hondas are a lot tougher than the Chevys) so they could easily slap on a new nose reshod the fronts and get me rolling again. I was able to keep from getting lapped and managed to finish 17th (others either suffered too much damage in that opening lap mayhem, or just hung up their racing gear and went home).

1st race was fun though, just needed a couple more laps to harry Robert, had to settle for 10th.

Anybody have a good setup for the Camaro? I want to race, but I'm not going to have time to practice today. I'll be lucky to get to official practice on time.

This track selection was for all those that could not get to do the competition for a friend :thumb:
