I found a setup for KS2 and Hungaroring, put it in cars/FormulaKS2/setup folder but I can't load it in-game. Am I putting it in the wrong folder or what?

It goes in the Documents folder

That's my usual MO with this car as well. I dislike open wheelers, especially fast ones

I personally quite enjoy them, especially GP2-esque stuff like the KS2. But my experience is still very limited, so I'll be the one with more wing than everyone else.

The only open wheelers I can drive, or at least enjoy, are the Formula Fords.

Sorry for double posting, but I have got really important question. How about very wide exits out of cornels, using asphalt roadsides? This here is very smooth really helps with extra speed at exits of turns. I raced here in "for fun" servers, and everyone used this type of tricks

Haven't tried it yet, but if everyone agrees, we can use those for this event. We did the same with runoff areas on Snetterton. Was much safer.

We need to talk about this for a minute. I strongly disagree that 'allowed runoff's'. Thats my point of view
