Formula E Generation Pack query

I am interested in buying the above "pack" but I have already purchased The Formula E Generation 2 vehicle. Is there anyway I can get a "refund" on my purchased vehicle, so I can buy the above "pack" ?

If you purchased that car less than 2 days ago then you can refund it.

In your steam go to your account detailes and click on view purachase history,click on rfactor 2 formula e 2019 , in the next page click on "I'd like to request refund".

Many thanks, but no, I purchased virtually as it was issued. So I am screwed.
