Formula E brakes

Just starting out with the FE racing, and the brakes are mostly useless. Is this just a challenge to overcome, or am I missing something?

I've played with the brake pressure, which seemed to help a bit. But still, hard to stop these things.

Any advice/setup help much appreciated!

How long did you go without pitting?
I've noticed it can take a couple laps of pushing the car for the brakes to warm up, though they never get as responsive as other cars. I think formula E is limited in braking by the all weather street tires, if you put too much into the brakes the tires just lock

Yes. I've found that the FE brakes are not brilliant. The cars understeer like mad and don't like braking and turning. How realistic are they?? I assume rF2 gets the basics reasonably correct.
