Fonteny: RainFX, Seasons, water shader, more lights and grass - CSP config file for Fonteny

Custom Shader Patch config for the track Fonteny. You now have winter, autumn and rain. I have also added the water shader for the small pool around the bridge.

About grass: There was already grassfx, but there was some missing grass on the material near the road, so I added it.

About lights: there was also already some lights on street lamps, but I have added some lights on farms and houses. It's not perfect but it adds...

Hello, you have to enable weather adjustements in CSP and set the current date to janvuary / february.
