Hey there Warren.

The B450 Tomahawk Max is a sound choice at the price.

Really, gpu comes down to your choice of screens. The 2060 would be ok for a single 1080 but would be hard pressed with triples. 32GB of ram is overkill for a mainly gaming system at the moment so why not go with 16GB and put the savings toward a better gpu. A 2070 should do well at 3x1080@60-75hz. Bear in mind the higher the resolution and refresh rate, the more graphical horsepower you'll need.

For ram, ideally 3600mhz with tight timings eg. CL14 or CL16 (lower is better) or whatever you can afford. Try not to go lower than 3200mhz if you can. Below is the memory QVL (qualified vendor list) for Ryzen 3000, the list of kits officially supported by AMD. Whichever kit you choose just check it's on the qvl before purchase. This should give trouble free operation.

Good luck and shout if you have any questions.
