From there, you can find the car you want to install the skin to. In this case, the Abarth 500 (Stage 1, I assume)

steam>steamapps>common>assettocorsa>content>cars>abarth500_s1>skins

Plop the root folder of the skin into this folder. I made a shortcut to my main Assetto Corsa install to make it easier to navigate to.
