Please read this

due to numerous pillup at T1 on lap1 in all racing club event i will ask everybody to be more cautious at T1. i will also remind you all the code of conduct of RD about contact.

1. all contact must be avoided, if it happen the driver that have hit or you think it was your fault and caused the other to spin or to go off track must slow down safely and let the other driver regain his place. if it involve you loosing a few places by doing so consider that as your penality.

2. when hitting someone an apology is in place, either by saying sorry by the way of quick chat or after the race in the chat.

3. in chat RD will not tolerate not respecting a fellow driver and will kick the offended driver and might even get ban from the racing club.

those rules are there so everybody can enjoy their racing experience in a clean, fair and friendly environment.

happy racing Yves ( racing club staff )

Drawing a discreet veil over my evening is probably the wisest course of action.

Being over a lap down on the 3rd lap due to emergency repairs just about sums it up.

I tried to catch up and unlap myself, while still trying to stay out of people's way as best I could, well, it wasn't exactly condusive to a good rhythm. Perhaps I should have just pootled around for 40 minutes, but what's the point of that? This is not PootleDepartment :D

Ended up 12th due to the high attrition rate, but really and truly I didn't deserve that. Some bad luck getting tapped, encountering a whole gaggle of blue flags at awkward moments, and (hands up) some spectacularly bad driving on my part meant last is about what I deserved.

Sorry to anyone I got in the way of (esp. Chris).

I think we all agreed in the chat that trying to "handicap" the field to make it closer is a laudable idea, but the rain well and truly put the kibosh on that, unfort. As I said to Ross "As for the theory that the FBMW is the quickest...." He said "they are, in the dry, mate". I wanted to say "but...but...but...You made it a wet race!" but I was laughing too much. :D

Definitely willing to have another go at a mixed field, but the FBMW is just too fragile to live with the TCCs & GTs, imo. In the dry, you've got half a chance of staying out of harms way, in the wet, you end up eating wall if a TCC just looks at you funny.

Ah well, at least I'm red hot at pitstops now. :D

Well after my moan in practice about the FMBW cars i manged to fair actually quite well in the race finishing P10 although that was most likely down to the disconnects.

I finished second of the FBMW's but found that on the straight these would get blown away by one of the GT cars namely Andrew's Seat it just rocketed past me on the straight :)

I think i also found a glitch on this track as i went off at the corkscrew and got stuck and was putting out hints on chat for a push i was there for about a minute and then all of a sudden i was unstuck, very strange ?

Racing behind the BMW i felt like an ant the car is massive compared to the FBMW and could not see past it :)

But all in all i finished the race with all body parts intact although near the end the car was sliding all over the track more then usual probably needed a tire change :) but hey 45mins is not worth a pitstop

The format is a great idea just need to avoid the FBMW in the wet :peace:

found my dump file, crashed at 20:57!!

I loved the race, I loved the rain.. The car was good, I was mid pack and fulled for 46 laps!

I was so glum when it crashed. Probably due to the mod and a second factor such as drivers or something like that..

I know the rain caused issues, but I thought it was amazing! Can this race be run again soon?
