It's not possible that it's rFactor,look the graphics,it's photoshoped but again,I don't know why,someone are editing F1 2013 pics,and add 2014 content,and they say that it's ingame...

It might as well be rFactor 2; or it could be someone with decent skills who knows how to make a pretty good render. Surely not F1 2013 though.

well maybe you're right but i prefer RF1

Nah,I can't imagine that's it's rFactor 2,the ISI motors don't looks like that,it's just photoshop,look it's old jerez from F1 Classics codemasters,I don't search,I'm not a rF2 modder,I'm a rF1 modder,but I don't think there is a classic jerez avaible,look the tower and rF2 modding is very hard,I don't think the guy is able to do 3d + texture + ingame in only two weeks...PHOTOSHOP.
