Update compatibility with the 1.17 version

- Maximum compatibility with the 1.17 of F1 2020.
- Correction a bug minor in the texture of the gantry.
- Better improve in the mip maps in general.

Im using the cracked version and im not being able to select the race suit because i have not signed in to racenet and cant because its a cracked version.I beg u if u could edit the racesuit from the racenet ERP file to any of the common race suit ERP files
