Ferndale help needed

Hey ladies!
Even when Fletari tells me that I can take his car, I can't start it.
I turn the key, the car beeps, like when lights are on or whatever, it makes a short engine sound and then dies.
Already tried to start it in "N", but that didn't help either. And when I want to put the shifter back to "P", it's stuck in "N" and upwards. Can't even put it back to "R".

Any ideas?

All by myself.... I repaired it all - all by myseeeeeeeeelffffff...

Guess how?

Put in some fuel.... muhahahahaha...

you have to hold the s key for it to down shift

the Ferndale has gas is in park. makes startup noise then stalls. why won't it start? and if it starts it takes 50 turns of the key for it to start. why is it like this?
