Have you tried extending it? In your account page, in the Invitation section where it lists the code, there might be an Extend button, like this:

Each extension adds 7 days from the current date (e.g. press it today and expiry date should then read 6th March,) and you can extend up to 10 times maximum.

However I don't know if the extend button disappears once it's actually expired - I only extended mine while it was still valid.

But it's worth checking, if you didn't already?

(And before anyone asks, no I don't have my code any more, sorry!)
