F1 Classic Upgrades

Hello, I am wondering how to select the "upgrades" for the F1 Classic such as the "Hardcore H-shifter/clutch" setting and the "realfeel" force feedback upgrade setting.

I've searched for the past hour online and tinkered in game to no success, so apologies if I missed a similar thread.

Best way is to change the game's interface.
You can grab a new interface (the same that I'm using) here: http://www.racedepartment.com/threads/ui-rfdynhud-spotter-wombats-dll.93789/

Pay attention: You'll only need the UI componentes, not the whole package that is available in that thread (altough you may want to try the extras, too).

I'm confused as to why such options are included in the game but aren't accessible with the original UI, though.

I hate to trouble you again but I have one final issue.
I am failing to install the spotter program it seems as there are no effects in game.

As far as the options goes (UI), keep in mind that not a single car in the *original content* has this enabled, so that's why Reiza took this option off. You find the options (clutch types, FFB types, etc) only when using mods that originally were made for rF1 and then ported.

Spotter: try to run the SpotterConfig.exe (found inside the SpotterAddon folder) and set the options as you like.
