Mod have 4 different options. Which exactly did you install? Do you have installed skin mods? It's incompatible.

Skin mods is a reason of crash. They incompatible with copypaste.

For now you should restore game files by this way:
Click on game by right mouse button in Steam library - choose Properties - Local files - Verify integrity of local files. After this Steam will start checking game files and will restore modded files to originals.

After this install mods again. If you want conbine skins with this mod, then you should do manual installation as described in this mod description.

To increase top speed at anytime - decrease this numbers, even to negative.
It's drag.

To increase top speed only while slipstream - decrease this number.
<m_aeroSlipStreamAirDensityScaleDrag value="0.85" />
In first version of mod it was -0,5 with speed 400+, current version uses 0.0.

This is -10000 or -1000(don't remember) in m_aero:

Open tutorial for manual installation from any my mod for F1 2020 and do the same as described, but first step should be exporting xml, after that editing in text editor, for example Notepad++ and importing back.
