Fixed Crashing and improved Red Bull

CHANGES

Fixed most if not all of the crashing at start of sessions

I have experienced no mid session crashing however it is still possible

Red Bull Chassis has been improved on

Red Bull Aero has been improved on

Ferrari fell behind one grid place on Aero

Ferrari fell behind on grid place on Chassis

Red Bull Pulled ahead on Chassis

Red Bull Pulled ahead on Aero

When you change the fuel mix to rich, then the fuel is lowering a lot faster compared to the original game files.

Yeah that is because the fuel mode fuel usage is altered, did it to help increase the strategy to the fuel miniaturizing, it also does it to the AI as well.
