Hi

I think you already have it. It was probably installed when you bought the game. especially if you bought it recently.

The patch was released in Japan AFTER the game was released in Japan, they got the game before everyone else

However, the patch was released BEFORE the game was released in Europe, so the patch should have been built into your game already, as far as I know
