F1 2014 F1 2014 (add one Team in the game)

I`ve changed from F1 2013 to F1 2014 and want to add another team in the game, so i would have 12 teams in the game. My question is, is this possible?
Then i want to know, why can i add 2 drivers more in the game. I change the names in the language file but i have the problem that in the original file 2 drives named Nico and if i rename Nico Hülkenberg and Nico Rosberg to another names the both named Nico (Depailler) and Nico (Scheckter) for example. Has someone an idea if this things could be done by someway?

first question, as Steven said, impossible sadly.
second question, change one of the 'Nico' values in the database into 'Nico2' and you can now edit the names without affecting one another. for instance, nico rosberg and nico2 hulkenberg.
