F1 2010 F1 2010 low FPS on good PC

Hi, i have bought a new computer with Ryzen 3 1200, 16 GB RAM DDR4 and RX550 2GB, with Windows 10. So i played F1 2015 but for me it is a empty game without spirit. So I downloaded 2010 and installed it, and when I started and tested it there was around 50-60 fps on ultra. Next day I wanted to play again, but there was 15 fps on ultra and 20 fps on low. Is there anything what could make this game playable? I think my computer is good enough to play this game on high graphics.
