EDIT: Nice F1 1996 icon by the way! Hope Diego includes it as an update! It is way better than mine.

There is a 1996 icon already in the download I gave you.

Would have to check which mod it was that I uploaded but I do know that I already did a icon for that mod, just can't remember which one off hand now, so don't stress.

I also have a new sound pack for all the F1 1996 cars which are as real as it gets but I think I should pass it onto Diego first and see if he wants to add them, pretty sure he will as they sound so good.

EDIT: And I just gave yours what I call a Reiza Standard Transparence, which usually starts on the last third of the real car wheel and ends all the way on the wheel of the reflection. I know, only I understand myself in what I'm saying, but for short, it gives the icon a gradient effect on the transparence:

Just remember the FIA logo you using was last used in 1995 and they switched to the new one from 1996-2017 and now the latest one as we know.

Hi, I don't have Automobilista, but I've seen a few videos and screenshots and I'm impressed with how they look. I always hoped my cars would find life in other games that look better than GP4, so for my part, I'm glad its converted and improved! I'm almost tempted to get the game but I plunged for F1 2018 a month ago, but maybe in the future...

I'm looking to make a 1995 mod for AMS, but I'm on a low spec pc and things are getting slower than ever.
I've finished the Benetton B195

And now i'm on the S951 which needs a lot of work.
Both are from scratch, so it will take time to finish those cars.

I need help with the livery of the benetton/ligier and simtek, can somebody help me?

This mod is really wonderful, so glad that actual different models and sounds are used and not a skin slapped over the standard Reiza model...a very well done conversion. I did find a few quirks after using it for about an hour (only tested the Benetton, McLaren and Williams on Kansai Classic):

All Cars:

• Driver hands are missing (looks weird in replays)
• mirror resolution low regardless of system setting
• Engines could be louder overall (compared to Reiza's V10 and V12 engines)

Williams:
There's a visible gap in the middle of the cockpit (see picture below)
There's a Lap counter that's slightly visible behind the gear indicator (hidden during lap 1 only), needs adjusting or removing.

McLaren:
Right LCD display has the edge of a LCD character on far left corner visible, seems out of place:

Benetton:
Cockpit display/wheel flickers for a second every time right after the 130R on Suzuka (Kansai Classic).

Only being so critical because I think this has the potential to be one of the best AMS mods ever...love this era of F1 and would like to see the best quality possible.

@Óscar Melero Those icons are quite beautiful, and I agree with keeping the theme of AMS icons going with the cars (don't agree with subtracting a star for the icon, but we're all entitled to our opinion). @ClimaxF1 The design of your icon with the Ferrari would be my choice for this mod, but in all fairness, Damon Hill won that year so the Williams really should be the car on the icon, no matter how iconic Ferrari may be.

Looking forward to some updates.

I recently started a conversion and full upgrade of the 1992 season, to my knowledge it's the only one that is complete with all cars running and true to life interiors with proper functioning 3d arms.

Took me some time to get all cars working but they all load and run perfectly now, AI is exceptionally good.

Still busy with some texture details with a few optimisations.

Physics are the best I've tried from any F1 mod or car from this era and the sounds are even better.

I'm hoping that I will get permission to release these beauties with all the work I've done so far.

I know it looks weird, but a friend it's working on it. Also new helmets and drivers!

Don't even know how mirror resolution works, I can't use them because the fps so I have no clue about it.

Yeah, maybe could be louder but sounds are not my thing. And that was the best I could achieve

Figured out a fix for the Williams and Mclaren LCD:

Open each car's cockpitinfo.ini file
For the Mclaren, change the PlaceScale to 0.1,0.1
For the Williams, change the LapsScale to 0.1,0.1
