F1 1994 Talent mod!?

As I am working on my new "Imola 1994" modpack I realize how unreal the performance of the AI-drivers is, i.e that in reality weaker teams are way too good etc. Can someone pls give advise how to adjust the talent files for more realism or maybe there is a mod for that issue already!? Besides that you guys can look forward to my release. Pretty neat so far except the AI and a slow spot on the Imola circuit, dunno if someone can try to fix that as well.
