Experience with Fanatec sales support?

I've recently ordered a set of Fanatec CSL Elite pedals LC, but instead I received the two pedal version with no load cell. Does anyone have experience with Fanatec sales support? Anyone had something similar happen to them? I wrote an e-mail asking if they could provide the missing components. But since I already paid for it once I really don't want to pay shipping for that, or even have to return this set and place a new order.

False alarm
Turns out they sent it as two separate packages, however UPS only sent the confirmation e-mail for one of them. So I got confused because I only received the basic pedals yesterday, but the load cell arrived today. I wanted to delete this thread before it got approved, but I didn't manage to find out how to do it.
Sorry for the confusion.
