Error Code 2 , problem, please help

Hi :

I bought the black friday offer, but I have this error when I try to enter the game.
_My Steam account and my account of Raceroom are the same
_I have Steam and steam games installed on D: , because C is a solid hard
_My internet conexion is perfect
_Firewall is not blocking Raceroom
_I run .exe like administrator

What can I do to resolve it?? Which is the problem?

Error Code 2

This error means that you can't connect to the server, please check the following:

Make sure you are not offline.
Make sure the game is not blocked by a firewall.
This can happen when Internet Explorer is set to offline mode. Try the following:
Open up Internet Explorer.
Go to the file menu (pressing Alt if it's not visible).
Untick "Work offline".
Validate game cache.
Go to the Steam library
Right-click RaceRoom Racing Experience in the game list
In the drop-down menu that appears, click "Properties"
In the window that appears, go to the "Local Files" tab
On this page there is a button called "Verify integrity of game cache", click it.Steam will now check for any missing/corrupted files and redownload any files with issues.
Check your antivirus-program if it's blocking the game.
 
Solved!!! I deleted an "old internet connection" that I don´t use and its run...
Now...I meed to know how to configure T300GTE + G27 pedals... :( It is a little madness :(
because the game detects the pedals and the wheel, but I can use it together and I can not to asginate the pedals on any button, because it does not detect it :(

My Steam and games are on "E" drive so that shouldn't make any difference. Reboot Steam then minimise it, try running R3E again you sometimes may need to try several times, although I just tried and got on first time. It may be that there are so many people with the BF deals trying that it is causing issues. If all that fails then I can only suggest that you open a ticket with the helpdesk on Sector 3 forum.
