Error 209 when trying to activate

Hi
I recently upgraded the hardware on my PC, and started from a clean OS install.
I reinstalled GSCE for saturday's club race but unfortunately I couldn't get it to activate.

My key is legit (I bought GSC 13 the day it was available in pre-release...), and as far as I know I only used it once beforehand.

Here is the error message that is displayed when I try to activate

Problem solved by contacting customer support

have the same problem with activation, have also new
Hardware. Have emailed support but get no answer.
What can I do about it.

It took a couple of days for them to get back to me, I think they're a bit busy is all
