Eric Plimmer 1959 - 2011

Some of you may remember Eric Plimmer, a club event regular thoughout 2010 and early 2011 who also competed in RDTCC season 6 with Over Rev Racing (below) and was often on teamspeak.

It is with great regret that I must inform you that Eric lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday 21st December.

It is so sad to lose such a great man. I raced Eric in many Touring car club races and in RDGTC S6. He really was a gentleman.

Eric was one of the first names I got familiar with when I joined RD, about a year ago. Although we never met in person, I'll always remember him when I'm having a good time, driving around one circuit or the other. I'll miss you, mate.
