Editing and Saving Replays When in VR?

I've managed to edit and save replays in AC in single screen but .... in VR, I don't see the UI at the bottom of the screen when viewing a replay, so I can't mouse-click on anything.

I'd like to occasionally save a hot lap for later review but I usually get my best lap times in VR. So, I haven't found a way to save them. :( Can someone help me out with this?

And ... if I save a replay in VR, can it be viewed later in single screen as well?

Thanks!

Hi. I have had great success recording my VR adventures with OBS Studio. It is a free download and can be found at the OBS Project link here. https://obsproject.com/. It is a very professional program with great flexibly as to input/output video sources and resolutions as well as audio sources. It took a little bit of messing around with settings to get things looking the way I wanted with my system but it was pretty easy trial and error learning. Now I can either record my VR adventure live as it happens or re-record a saved replay using OBS Studio and change camera angles as it records. I then convert the .flv videos created by OBS Studio to mp4's and upload them to my Google Drive account. Awesome fun! It demonstrates VR extremely well to other people---they are quite stunned with the videos really. Here are a three of my videos done with OBS Studio.

Apparently I should have searched OBS before posting as I have now discovered it is a well known software platform here already. Oh well, you can critique my driving and video skills from the links I posted, LOL!

If you press F1 whilst viewing the replay in VR you will then be able to see the timeline etc at the bottom when you move your cursor down there. It is sort of tied to the cockpit view.

Thanks! I didn't see the timeline at first, but then moved the cursor down and there it was. The key was moving the cursor - not just looking down.

Thanks again!
