Edit default setup/have a custom setup applied by default

Apologies if this is a silly question, or if it's already been answered somewhere, but is it possible to do either of the following:

1. Amend the default setup of a particular car (an example: the Radical SR3, I'd like to decrease the brake pressure as I find them too bitey with the stock setup).

2. Set a default for a particular track, which is loaded automatically whenever using that car/track combination.

I've created setups for various cars/tracks but I can't find a way to have them apply automatically each time, instead having to manually select them before jumping onto the track.
