Easter egg or a "I want that soooBaaad!!"?

This is a photo taken from S3S facebook page and it shows the prices for the upcoming competitions they yet have to announce (probably after they've revised and updated the rules enforced for cutting tracks as mentioned in another recent post).
What I've noticed is the big picture hanging on the wall behind the smiley hedonistic face of the track artist. I'm sure is the Nordschleife but... for which version??
Are they working on that for R3E or it's just the one from GTR Evo??

They already announced the Nord for R3E and there are some early screenshots somewhere on this forum, unless I'm getting mixed up here with another game?

Edit: This video at 6:10 discusses the Nord for R3E and the licensing issue that held it back. Maybe that's as far as they got?

I had noticed this picture in the background too. I think, this is the GTREvo Nordschleife.

I've quickly made a comparison shot. Looks quite similar.
