F1 2017 Driver for Career Mode

So I'm kinda new to this site (only downloaded the 2018 mod) but I would like to know if there's any way you can use a real driver's face in career, for example imagine I choose Sauber and replace Ericcson, is there any way to use his face in career? sorry for bad english
