Downloading trouble

I am having trouble downloading tracks and cars for anything other than Race On/Gtr evo and race 07 on no grip and RD. When I click on download instead of giving me the normal Open or Save it just Starts the download to my microsoft word viewer text. Not sure why its doing this maybe a setting has changed I dont know. Can Anyone help me with this because I cant download anything for Gtl or Rfactor now. Help!:struggle:

are you using internet explorer?
maybe try restoring or reseting to default setting in tools > option > advanced tab
but beware that it will change any setting that you might have set

or just use firefox to see if the same situation repeats in firefox

Thanks man I switched to firefox and it works fine. I like firefox better than explorer too.:fwd:
