Does CSP and CM require an internet connection...

Having trouble getting past the 'Loading Data for Custom Shaders Patch' part of launching a session at the moment. Thought i'd try installing an updated version but that won't download either. It's like the download servers are down. So I was wondering if CM\CSP go out and hit some kind of outside server or something before it will load a session and maybe that is down at the moment and that's why a session won't launch?

If you have auto-updates of car/track configs on, it looks online for those when you launch a session.

no it does not need internet access (but if you are, it indeed checks for updated configs and stuff), if you are not connected to the internet it in fact loads faster

Probably what the problem is and the update servers are down because it won't download a CSP update or any of the track config updates right now.

remove the checkmark infront of "Install auto..." here
(same for the other tabs like "Car configs", "Cars Textures", "Tracks vao" ...)
