Does AI use TC and ABS?

Sorry, but i haven´t found a clear response to this.

I´m riding against AI (McLaren 650 in Silverstone) without any aids and notice i can´t use Ai breaking points. Would be better to activate ABS and TC in low? Wich is the more realistic way to compete with the AI in cars with these "aids" marked with "1" in garage menu?

Real GT3 cars have ABS and TC available, so there is no reason to avoid using it unless you find you're slower.
