DLC?

Wasn't there a DLC anounced for last December and it got postponed? Any information on this? Just curious.

They did announce 2 things content-wise:

new drift series for free.
they talked about continuing to add some content in 2018. At some point they were talking about a last major DLC. Though there has been nothing official and carved in stone.

It's quite silent on their forums right now. Apart from a new update which should come soon with a major IA* update (according to the feedbacks on the Beta forum, IA* is perfect now

).

I agree...tried 24 Caterhams at 90% on Outon Park National, starting at the back...fast, furious and crowded as I worked my way up. Going 3 wide into turns, no problem...AI sticks their nose in, but no bad "bumping or pushing". really good. Nice work, Reiza.

Can only echo what everyone else is saying about the AI in beta. I had never realised how easy it was to install it. So worth it.

There is still the whole, "major manufacturer dlc pack" that you can see advertised on the steam store that no one seems to ever mention anymore, and not a single mention of it on the AMS forum for months now.

With AMS being 'done' (finally), it seems weird to wait until now to release a dlc pack from a major manufacturer. Especially with "the next game" being in full pre-production. But hey, it's still advertised, and word is that it's still supposed to come to AMS.

Sure thing. If you already have the season pass, you will eventually get it without needing to pay again.

From the description of an estimated release date, "July 2017:
Car pack from a major manufacturer - TBA"

Reiza hasnt updated the listing on Steam in a year though, and clearly it is well past July 2017.

Can't believe I have totally missed this. For someone who plays exclusively offline this sounds amazing.

Reiza have confirmed this last dlc will be coming "early 2018" in their last update on the game. See below:

"We´ll begin with the not so-great news - those of you who have been following these dev updates will be aware we still have one final car pack DLC to announce. Our plan had been to deliver a holiday surprise but unfortunately we haven´t quite managed to put everything together in time, so this is going to be our early 2018 treat instead. In the meantime we´ll have to keep the suspense on for a little longer..."
