F1 2019 Decal problem

Hello, I want to dosome personalized liveries, but I have problems with the decal. The game requires DXT5 SRGB,but I can only do DXT5 ARGB with photoshop 7.0 and the NVIDIA plug-in, so my game crashes or the car doesn't look well. Is there any way to solve it?
