In this mod I have changed Team and drivers performance for the 2015 mod.

Tier 1:
Mercedes
Ferrari
Williams (a bit slower)

Tier 2
Toro Rosso
Red Bull
Sauber

Tier 3
Lotus
Force India
Mclaren

Tier 4
Manor

Added mechanical failure for some teams and drivers (Chance is very low)
I have changed the qualifyng ability, the new qualifyng skill is similar with the tier

Still, i haven't given you permission to edit stuff i made and upload it, neither gave i permission to actually use my mod's name. Together with your name being unknown i think we're going to have some trouble with you as you'll probably do these kind of things again in the future. So upload this as a modified database from your own game, but don't do it on mine, because that's my job.

lesley you're right but you have to make your own mod database with the changes in the performance of drivers and cars
