I'm a bit of an AMS noob, but I'm guessing it works in a similar way to rf2 in that there's a way to share setups in game via a 'Received' folder?

BTW Europe is switching to winter time this week-end so the start of practice is still 9:00 GMT but that will be 1 hour earlier: 10am CET or 9am in UK...
