Controlling GTR2 menus with gamepad

Is there a way to control the menus in GTR2 with a gamepad? It's not something that bugs me but I'd like to control selections via the controller and not the keyboard

Nope, not natively.

The only way would be with a program like Joy2Key or Xpadder and map the arrow keys and the various input keys to the Gamepad.
