Content Manager - small issue

One specific car mod will not open in custom showroom, weird because it will in the kunos showrooms and the mod works in game too, I can take it for a spin no problem but just will not load in custom showroom it will force close or hang it so I cannot edit it how i usually would (making custom skins for example) . I love using content manager all the time and it works perfectly otherwise just this one hangup I'm baffled
