Thanks for the mention, but can I point out that Fonteny is a fictional circuit built on real roads (with a bit of artistic license on my part), so kind of exists in real life already.
Thomson Road was a real street circuit in Singapore, used between 1967 and 1972, and still exists almost in its entirety.
