No problem Marty Pierce. Excuse for indirectly ruining its race.

Quali - 4th. mine better lap in this track

Race 1 - 6th.

In the first return I received a touch from Gunthar Rowe and and falls for 11 th. Next lap i touch Gunthar Rowe(sorry). When I was in 7th, I had much work with Lewis Fergusson, nice, fun and clean race.

Race 2- 7th.

I start in 3th and in the 2 lap comes back was in 1th. As Marty Pierce already spoke, took a touch and falls for 7th, where I finished the race. Not without befores to have excellent a fight with Simon Trendell.

I see you all in the next sunday.:peace:

Boy did i make an error in judgement.
With 10 laps of fuel onbard the car ahndled very well but in the race i found myself spinning and slamming into walls.
Eventualy the car didn't go any faster than 230 kph so i decided to pit.
But after standing there for about three minutes i thought it was best to call it quits...:disapointed:

Thnks Yves & RD, great combination these radicals on that track...

Great track, awesome cars.

Quali: Pulled my PB by 1 full second at 2:32,2 and was blown away at Morgans time of 2:32,4 who picked up almost 2 seconds from practice.

Race: Terrible start which put me in 3rd behind Marcel and Morgan. Morgan went wide in T3 which put me behind Morgan. Heading into the tunnel Morgan got loose on the uphill and that gave me the lead. Once in front i nailed consistently faster laps each lap, until.......freeze up. Black screen, no response and sound stuck.

Poor luck, fun race. Better luck next time :)

Thanks for organizing Yves and RD

It is great to read a very positive race was had by all this week! Well done everyone. For me personally, I rediscovered my love for online racing this race and my motivation levels to assist RD to provide great racing experiences for all has been renewed. Thanks everyone for a brilliant night!

Race report to follow...

well let me start off by saying i do not like these cars lol

quali was bad..started with race fuel and ended up 6th out of 7

had a great launch off the grid, but was blocked and couldn't make anything of it so i settled back and followed the group for a while. found my way into 5th, then 4th, eventually 3rd chasing down chris. flew by many sideways and backwards cars and when chris lost it i nearly plowed right into him. spent a few laps in first, made some mistakes... then i thought i had enough fuel for one more lap, but apparently not as i ran out of fuel near the back end.

had a great time though! probably would have finished 3rd or 2nd if i hadn't pull that dumb move.

Interesting evening. With lots going on at home, I missed most of practice. I was very concerned to get some kind of time in for the superpole, so I drove a very conservative qualy lap at 2:36, and qualified 5/7. I had my usual slow start, and was very cautious heading for the 1st turn, so I settled in line at 6th. Heading through the next few turns, there were cars everywhere, and I found myself moving up to 3rd, where I ran for a long time, and then 2nd. About 1/2 way through, I made a stupid move just after the pit entrance, and spun, allowing Matt to go by me, and dropping back to 3rd. Then folks started to pit, and I found myself in the lead for a few laps. Yves came blazing up on me, so I moved over and let him roll by, and then I pitted. I came out in 5th, but then others pitted, and I was back up in 3rd. I had a very comfortable lead on 4th, and I was 25 sec back from Morgan in 2nd, so I settled in to run consistent laps and finish the race. The rest was uneventful, and I finished in 3rd. Overall, I am satisfied with that result given the circumstances.

I have done very well at the USA Sunday events, with 2 wins, a 3rd, and a DNF out of 4 events. Thanks to Yves for putting these events on! They are a great deal of fun! I am steadily learning, and continuing to improve both my pace, and my traffic skills. I really appreciate that everyone here is driving carefully and considerately! Thanks to all, and I look forward to running with you again soon!
