I figured that I just picked up a map of Francorchamps so that I have a reference guide for the track and I'm gonna start memorizing the turn directions and speeds that I should use on it as well as taking notes.

Also is it the PDF that is in the forums here?

I'll be there ...just back from job, making some food for the family and go back to my screen ...i hope it will take less than 1 hour ;)

I'll join the second if not ;)

I was running time attack last night for about an hour just to come to grips with the track again (been a long time since I tortured myself with GTR2 on it years ago) - best time I managed was a 2:33:80 (once). Once I got dialed in (as well as you can in an hour) I ran about 12 laps consistently in the 2:34:20 - 2:34:80 range.

Anyone have any good Spa setups for the Honda ?

Would be happy to oblige, but I've never run the Honda here. Only the rfactor MMG F1.

PS

Think my best lap last night was a 2:36.0xx in the BMW. Totally default setup and 36 liters of fuel.

Default Setup here with a full load of fuel I believe I was running 3:00 consistently last night for the 3-4 laps I did.

I did however find a little something that should help me out alot. An overhead map that I can make notes on, for the types of turns the gear areas and approximate safe speeds for me. Now I just need to get in there and start tuning my car down. I think I found a good setup for my Tyre Pressure but then I didn't lighten the fuel tank either so... :\

Hi,

Thanks to RaceDepartment for setting tonight up.
I just remember I have to be up early in the morning

Track 1: Wasn't bad

Track 2: Couldn't get to grip with the car, so drop out of both races.
Sorry to Darren Gardner for going straight in front of you on the corner

Track 3: Didn't do, as I have to be up early
