i only replaced the 2019 F1 file and it looks fine, why do you need to replace all files?

You have to replace all files if you want to have the helmet in the differents game modes like Multiplayer, F2, Classic events and to see the helmet in the menus and on the banner above the garage in the pits. And it could prevent your game to crash...
