Hey Bobby, there are just way too many Ferrari in the field + reality slowly has kicked in after my obvious moment of delusion to grab a red box when I had a chance of driving a proper car.

If it’s too much trouble, no worries, I’ll wear a fake moustache, dark sunglasses and will keep rolling the combustible 12 pot electricians nightmare. I’ll be at the derrière of the pack anyway is I have no clue about the glen without practice.

Well, that was fun!
First time I've raced open wheel in AC, I believe. For sure the first time in the Ferrari 312T in this sim.

Was hoping to challenge a bit closer to the front (probably could have had P3 there) but I got caught out behind another car that was braking quite a bit earlier at the chute than I was. Ended up off in the grass and into the barrier a bit.

Anyways....I heard some chatter on TS about a potential Nordschleife event (not sure if you guys meant these cars or not, but either way)...you can definitely count me in for that.
Will be keeping an eye out and will try to participate here more often when I can. Currently involved in a Thursday night league elsewhere that runs every fortnight, so might be every other week for now, but definitely interested in racing more with this group!

Yo, sorry I jumped out asap at the end of the race. The girlfriend was outside my locked front door for 8 minutes and I didn't know it hahah meant to stay and chat afterwards, but she wasn't too pleased to say the least..

Did we lose a guy at the beginning? The first lap was a little touchy with these cars, but once we got going it seemed all clear for us. I tried to keep up with Bobby and Fernando up front, but there's no way I could keep up my concentration for what was like quali laps to me compared to your guys' race pace. Then it was kinda boring in no mans land in-between two groups for the rest of the 20 mins. But fun none the less!

As I've stated before, old manual gearbox cars I will always sign up for. And Thursday nights seems to be trending that way, so I'll make time to continue to be here for these! If I can make a request I highly recommend we try out the McLaren MP4/4, such an amazing car. And a fun short track that would be fun for some more casual lapping is Salzburgring. Not sure if we will be able to put these two into an official race, just let me know!

I'm familiar with the track, but haven't tried the car. We'll see, but probably not a problem.

I noticed Tariq is running the car I just suggested in his series. But he's got his events scheduled for 2:00 PM on weekdays which I can't make since I work first shift. Bummer
