And if the case is that I have a bunch of great and unique sound recordings that I am sure would improve many mods and thereby be of great pleasure to many simracers, where would you suggest me to spread this? This is NOT about making money, it's about getting great mods that are fun to drive.

No offense and with all respect for the released mod, but why shouldn't we be able to discuss input and suggestions?
