Changing difficulty level

Hi all. Just bought myself motogp 18 and being a complete noob at this series, can anyone tell me if it's possible to change the difficulty settings, once you've started a career and if so, how? Thanks

before start the race you can adjust the difficulty and rules.
You cannot change the weather.
