Turn 10 Studios have released the third major car reveal for Forza Motorsport 7... showcasing another 77 new machines coming to the Xbox One and PC game later this year...

So far we have had sight of no less than 304 of the 700 + cars coming to Forza Motorsport 7, and the latest batch continues to show off an impressive cross section of vehicles from the history of road and race car production.

If you need a little reminder of the first 227 cars announced, check out the first and second reveal articles to familiarise yourself with some of the content expected to be on offer later this year.

Those of you already well versed in what's been announced so far, feast your eyes on the next big batch of announcements, with a distinctly Japanese theme...

    2016 Honda Civic Type R
Forza Motorsport 7 2016 Honda Civic Type R.jpg

For car fans, seeing the letter “R” on a car usually means something special. In the case of the Civic Type R, “R” means “racing,” as in race-bred. Honda didn’t just slap some logos and some wheels on this specification either. That “R” may as well also stand for “ridiculous” horsepower – as in more than 300hp. Take one look at the sleek and aggressive aero kit and the “R” can easily stand for “radical.” From the torque-steer limiting dual-axis strut suspension, to the mechanical front differential and the Brembo brakes, this Civic Type R is just what Honda fans, and Forza fans, have been waiting for.

    2017 Acura NSX

The new Acura NSX may be a hybrid, but it’s a hybrid supercar, a mid-engine, all-wheel-drive, twin-turbo hybrid slice of pure performance perfection. With around 600 hp from its combined 3.5-liter V6 and three electric motors driving all four wheels, you have a balanced and capable car that can compete with other supercars nearly ten times its price. There are nine gears to work your way through as you pass 60 mph in just over three seconds and torque-vectoring to smooth you through the curves. For decades “NSX” has been synonymous with serious performance; lucky for us, the 2017 NSX more than measures up to its famous name.

Even the console guys are abandoning it, if that tells you anything.

These mini "reveals" contain more cars than most full releases.

I can't wait to get the

No Toyota production cars this time (just race cars), apparently. Toyota seem to be more complex and/or pricey to license these days; Forza Horizon 3 had them, so does Assetto Corsa (both have Toyota production cars); DiRT4 couldn't license them, nor could DiRT Rally, yet Seb Loeb Rally Evo and Gravel both have Toyota racing cars. I don't know if it's too do with limitations Toyota ask for, or some exclusivity deals, or what.

too bad i wont be able to play this on my potato pc.
from my experience with fh3, this title is going to be eating your memory like nothing, very demanding game.
and lets not forget that this is going to be 100gb+ and with the windows store being very clunky its going to be very hard to download this as well.
so get ready for tons of issues if you plan to buy this.

Kinda sucks production Toyotas aren't showing up this time. I don't drive Toyotas for most of the time, but it will be an obvious omission to see them missing in production car races. At this point I think we should be prepared for a missing marque in Horizon 4 (goodness forbid though).

Race cars are great, but what made Forza fun for me ever since the first game was taking a regular car and making it race-worthy.

What's your specs? Looks like they sorted out performance issues for FH3 after a few months.

I think they'll do much better this time around, but it's always good to wait and see what's it's like after release.

They should have included the awesome new Type R, and not the ugly old model

  12. shimon.ifraimov

    umm say what?
  13. thatmotorfreak

This is way OT, but we need an AC or AMS mod based on this series. Something different from the standard GT3s and Formula racers.
  14. shimon.ifraimov

well this series is what forza motorsport if all about basically.
but ya i agree, a mod like this in ac\ams will be pretty awesome.
  15. Celestiale

From a price-perfomance perspective this car is pretty neat

Port models to AC like before...........:inlove::whistling:
