Can't access Cup E

I've won every race in the D cup and the game doesn't unlock the E cup challenge. I replayed the D cup a second time ( again winning each race) and it still won't open the next challenge.

As I bought my copy of the game used, it did not come with a manual and I can't find one online anywhere. Is there a manual posted online anywhere?

Does anyone have an idea why I can't unlock the E cup?

No clue as to why Cup E won't unlock. GTL is getting on for five years old and its bugs are pretty well understood but that isn't one I've seen before.

I'd use the Cheat file to unlock the whole thing.

Don't bother racing the AI, come race with us in the GTL club and have some serious fun!!

Wish i knew how to fix that, but I have no idea. Good luck.
