Cannot re-activate rfactor

Has anyone got an email addy I can use to get my rfactor re-activated, I emailed customer support over 72 hours ago and recieved an automated response saying I would hear something within 24 hours but nothing, right pain in the behind, all I did was replace my cpu.

Can you find your old license code?
I did that the last time i reinstalled rFactor. Searched in my hotmail for the license code.

I have the activation code but when I enter it it says I have run out of licence renewals, I have tried contacting them again and got another, you should hear within 24 hours reply.

Ah oke. Indeed 72 hours is way to long.

You used to be able to post on RSC and get these things sorted out, I cant remember the guys name now....Gjion or something...anyone know where they dwell now.
